We believe in a unique methodology of solving grassroot problems using our rich story telling tradition.
We are Project Kahinee!
We are a startup working in the field of rural healthcare. From our intensive field study we realized that there is a growing desire to learn about health issues in rural areas but there are major obstacles like illiteracy and lack of internet. We have devised voice assisted service modules that work on any basic phone without internet. We help people learn about maternal healthcare, child care, anemia and nutrition through folk music and audio dramas.
"The greatest medicine of all is to teach people how not to need it"
We were featured in the "startup corner" column of Ahmedabad Mirror. We discussed and shared details about our voice assisted services for Rural healthcare. The initial concept, it's nurturing and future prospects were discussed.
We presented our unique pedagogy for training and educating the rural audiences, Asha workers and PHC doctors about varied health issues using audio plays and folk music. We were presented with the Innovative Trainers Award by the Indian Society for Training and Developement, Vadodra Chapter.
The Vadodra Innovation Council invited us to present in one of their Sunday sessions. We discussed about our idea, execution and business model with innovation enthusiasts present there. This presentation and session were featured in Divya Bhaskar.
